what does the recruitment process look like?
1. HR - Short listing
After the job closing date, HR will identify the most suitable candidates and share them with the line manager for that position.
2.Technical Interview
Shortlisted candidates will receive an email message and a call from the line manager of the job. An interview will evaluate both the candidates technical skills and expertise related to the job.
4.HR Interview
Upon passing the technical interview, a candidate will go through an HR interview. We will discuss your experience and motivations in this interview and will make sure understand the company and its culture.
4. On-Boarding
After selection, the HRMS starter kit tab will become available to the candidate after acceptance of the offer, where candidate will be required to enter all the information and upload the necessary documents.
